Mix together in large bowl:
10 ounces of Raisin Bran
3 cups flour
1-1/2 cups regular Oats
5 teaspoon soda
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
In separate bowl beat together:
4 eggs
1 jar blueberry buckle baby food
1/4 cup canola oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
1 quart low fat buttermilk
Pour egg mixture into dry mixture and mix well. Can be stored in covered
container in refrigerator for up to 4-6 weeks. Bake as needed in muffin
tins at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tested done in center with cake
tester or toothpick. If you bake in mini-muffin tins bake for 15 minutes.
