3 Oaks Country Bed and Breakfast is a plantation farm house with four Guest Rooms nestled on 23 acres atop Kirk Mountain in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. At 3 Oaks, guests will enjoy a spectacular view of the Ozark Hills, while being treated to down home hospitality, hearty breakfasts, and the peacefulness of country living.
We are just a few minutes away from many well-maintained hiking trails that lead to spectacular destinations such as caves, waterfalls, and landforms. Countless varieties of wildflowers greet you along the trails. The magnificent Buffalo River offers the canoeist many hours of pleasure and excitement.

All bed and breakfast guest rooms have private bath and queen-size bed, TV/VCR/DVD/CD clock radio.
There is a parlor on the main floor where guests can relax, read and listen to music or choose a
movie from our extensive library. There are two verandas and an enclosed back porch where
guests can enjoy the beautiful Ozark Hills and clean air.
A Full Breakfast is served on the Back Porch at 9 a.m. Coffee, juice and mini-muffins are ready at 7:30 on the second floor. Menus vary, but usually consist of a main dish, fresh fruit, muffins, or fresh bread, juice and gourmet coffee. Please notify us of any food restrictions, and we will try to accommodate you.
The Back Porch is offered as an additional place to enjoy a lazy afternoon of reading or a place to relax when you return from your day of adventures. We offer fresh brewed special ice tea and cold brewed ice coffee or hot beverages in winter.
Also consider the Back Porch to host your Christmas, Anniversary, Birthday Parties, as well as
Family Reunions, Retreats, Workshops, Business Meetings and various types of luncheons and
romantic dinners. We can host 8 to 24 people.
